Delhi Metro On a Delhi Metro train, two young ladies got into a heated argument that escalated into a violent confrontation. A video of the event went viral on social media, prompting a national discussion about public behavior and moral policing. In the footage, one of the ladies is seen threatening the other with her shoe, while the other prepares for a fight by setting her phone down and grabbing her water bottle.

The quarrel continues despite the involvement of fellow passengers. People in the ladies’ compartment advise them to refrain from violence. The tension rises as both ladies trade threats while waiting for the other to act.

The footage shows one of the ladies using the train’s emergency communication system to protest to the driver and request action against the “stupid lady” at one point. Other passengers, however, counseled her to calm down and handle the disagreement quietly. When emotions are high, the verbal encounter devolves into a barrage of insults. The confrontation escalates further when one lady tosses the contents of her water flask at the other.

While some viewers found the video entertaining, others felt that such ladies should be barred from accessing the tube. In recent months, the Delhi Metro has received internet attention for a variety of instances, including the filming of noisy dance reels and couples indulging in indecent behavior.
