k-v-Satish-in-Yamaleela 2 Movie Review
What is the film about?
Once again Chithragupta (Brahmanandam) loses the ‘bhavishyavani’ book which means he along with Yama (Mohan Babu) have to retreat it again. How they do it and what happens in the process is what the film is all about.

How is K.V.Satish’s performance?
Acting by debutant Satish is extremely poor. He lacks the vulnerability required for the character and in fact ruins whatever little emotion the story could muster. There are no songs and dance routine as distraction too which means he is easily forgetful despite having a film completely centered on him.

S V Krishna Reddy-in-Yamaleela 2 Movie ReviewDirection By S.V.Krishna Reddy?
Direction by veteran SV Krishna Reddy is the biggest weakness of the film. It is outdated to put it politely. The director has a ditto formula here as he did in Yamaleela but he fails to make it work. Neither the comedy nor the emotion work out in the film. It seems like a film made out of compulsion with no real involvement or emotional attachment to it.

Diah Nicolas-in-Yamaleela 2 Movie Review
Diah Nicolas, Sada and others performance?

Diah Nicolas has no real role in the film apart from being present besides the hero for some key scenes and obviously the sings. Mohan Babu has nothing to do in the first half of the film, in the second half he is okay. Brahmanandam has played this character before but looks like pale shadow of his past. Nisha Kothari makes a forgettable appearance in a scene and a song. There are a number of well known faces but none have anything memorable or remember worthy to say.

S.V.Krishna Reddy and other departments?
S.V.Krishna Reddy is another big disappointment, in case one had expectations. The background score doesn’t help the cause either. Editing is okay. Cinematography is poor. Dialogues lack the punch.

Box Office Talk of-Yamaleela 2 Movie Review
Alternative take:
When everything else is followed based on the original Yamaleela one wishes the sentimental track too followed a similar course but in a slightly different manner. By sentiment we mean some sort of bond between Yama and the small kid like we had few scenes between Yama and the mother in original.

Did I enjoy it?
No.

Will you recommend it?
No.
