What is ”Police Game” about?
DGP Naidu (Kota Srinivasa Rao) and Chief Minister decides to crack down the drug mafia in the state which is turning the youth in to drug addicts. They ropes in encounter specialist, Radha Krishna (Srihari) to handle this operation. In a turn of events, Radha Krishna’s sister, Siri falls for Karthik and gets engaged to him. Karthik is a drug addict but later tries to reform due the love of Siri. He also extends his help to Radha Krishna to counter drug menace. What happens next forms the real story.
How is Srihari?
The role of a police officer is a cakewalk for Srihari. He acted in that character many times in the past and there is no problems whatsoever this time too. He also put in decent efforts in action sequences and pulled them off very well.
How is the direction and movie?
Director Sahadeva Reddy is a total failure in the movie. The base line of the movie carries good message but it is totally messed up with bizarre and illogical script. For the most of the time you would feel like watching a movie of 90s. The movie gets predictable right from the word GO and ends on similar lines.
What about the other cast ?
A new comer Namitha plays the female lead in the movie and she is not of a great prospect with average looks and zero acting capabilities. Senior actors like Kota Srinivasa Rao also did not have much to do on the screen. Brahmanandham makes a lightening appearance and disappeared at the same pace.
How is Dance, Music, Songs and other departments?
Music director Sri Lekha comes up with a dreadful output and short film makers these days are coming up with better music. And for the cinematography, the less you talk about it the better it is. Editor seem to be totally clueless.
