Ram Pandaga Chesko ReviewWhat is the film about?
Karthik is rich businessman who is forced to come to Hyderabad due to a PIL filed on one of his factory. On coming he falls in love with Divya (Rakul Preet) who was actually responsible for the case. However there is a twist in the tale? What is the twist and how Sonal fits into the scheme of things is what the film is about.

How is Ram’s performance?
Ram is his usual self doing what he has been doing in all his films. The dances appear to be weaker than his earlier films. There was only scene that really required him to show his acting skills and he has failed in that. It was a flat and almost jaded.

Gopichand Malineni Pandaga Chesko ReviewDirection By Gopichand Malineni?
Gopichand Malineni hasn’t made any memorable films in his career so far. He has simply survived on recycled storylines with fresh and fast paced narration. He has been also lucky so far to have actor’s who could carry such plots by holding viewers attention even though nothing really happens. In Pandaga Chesko his short comings are highlighted more than usual mainly due to the lead. The predictable nature of the narrative combined with uninterested cast makes for boring proceedings.

There are comedy moments here and there but they aren’t enough to make one forget the trite that’s on display. In the end the film which spoofs few others looks like spoof in itself though it’s unintended. Still the pace is maintained which doesn’t give audience enough time to ponder on all the shortcomings and that is the only positive that can be said about the director.

Rakul Preet Singh Pandaga Chesko ReviewRakul Preet Singh, Sonal Chauhan and others performance?
As is with these films there is a large ensemble cast each doing with precision what they have been doing film after film. Of course a heroine more often than not triggers of these narratives and it’s no different here. Rakul Preet plays that part with great ease. Sonal Chauhan’s character has an interesting beginning but in the end it’s nothing but a joke literally. Actor’s like Rao Ramesh, Sai Kumar, Pavithra Lokesh, Abhimanyu Singh etc are merely functional. Sampath has better part in comparison and he is alright. Finally Brahmanandam feels extremely repetitive here.

Thaman Pandaga Chesko ReviewMusic and other departments?
Music by SS Thaman is bad. The background score is better in parts but otherwise it too isn’t great shake. Cinematography is okay. Editing should have been tighter. Dialogues give us the impression of trying too hard. Choreography of songs too is lackluster.

Highlights Pandaga Chesko ReviewHighlights?
Good or bad, nonstop entertainment.
Interval.
Chinnodu – Peddodu bit in second half.

Drawbacks?
Routine template story.
Screenplay that outdoes story.
Hackneyed climax.

Drawbacks Pandaga Chesko ReviewAlternative take:
Frankly speaking at this point it’s better if films of this formula are stopped. Actor Ram has better version of the same formula in Ready.

Did I enjoy it?
Very few parts.

Will you recommend it?
No.
