Padi Padi Leche Manasu Movie Review Ratings What Is the Film About?
Surya (Sharwanand) stalks and stalks and finally convinces Vaishali (Sai Pallavi) of his love. A clash of opinions leads to the break up with a twist. Why did the couple break up and what is the twist is what the film is all about?

How Is Sharwanand’s Performance?
Sharwanand is superb as Surya. He makes even simplest of the moments work. There is a freshness in his act and looks and overall screen presence is stunning. The character gets repetitive after a point which is where things might come across as slightly unbearable. But, that is more to do with the characterization that the acting.

Padi Padi Leche Manasu Movie Review Ratings Direction by Hanu Raghavapudi?
After LIE, Hanu Raghavapudi is back to his strength of a love story. Not that he has scored big success commercially with these movies, but at least they are neatly packed and presented.

Padi Padi Leche Manasu is a simple love story which relies heavily on the lead pair chemistry and moments of joy and fun. The movie works as long as we are engaged to the onscreen romance and fun. The first half until the interval point is a perfect example of this engaging narrative. There is nothing happening story wise but we are glued to the proceedings because of the actors who are fully immersed in the characters.

The problem starts when the time comes for the story to move forward. After all, the actors and movie can’t sustain the entire duration on small funny romantic bits alone. The first clash point is cliche and forcefully inserted into the narrative. It is the same feeling with the interval twist and subsequent starting parts post intermission.

After we are done with the forced story progress, we are back to the love story. In the second half, sadly the love sequences don’t work and neither do the emotions running them. Everything has an artificial air to it. The narrative feels all over the place up until the character of Vivek shows up and we, the audience, get some light on the proceedings. Only once the conversation takes place some sense is felt regarding whatever preceded before, but, it is too late by then as the interest is lost. Also, one kind of gets where the movie is headed to at that point.

Overall, the repetitive yet breezy romance of the first half keeps one interested in Padi Padi Leche Manasu, but the second half totally spoils the effort. It kills the movie. Watch it for the lead pair and if you are a sucker for romance otherwise skip it.

Padi Padi Leche Manasu Movie Review Ratings Sai Pallavi and Others?
Sai Pallavi is terrific as Vaishali. She is once again on par with the hero whenever there is a scope to perform. The chemistry with Sharwanand is the real high point of the movie. Apart from the lead pair, others have very limited roles. Murali Sharma is his usual self. Sunil appears briefly and is fine. Vennela Kishore and Satyam Rajesh are okay. Ravi Kale is okay.

Padi Padi Leche Manasu Movie Review Ratings Music and Other Departments?
The music by Vishal Chandrasekhar is beautiful and it adds to the overall feel. The background score could have been better. The cinematography is superb. The editing could have been tighter. The writing is decent. Visual effects are crucial moments are tacky.

Preview: Padi Padi Leche Manasu

Some films build upon a feel quite organically and make the audiences wait for them. ‘Padi Padi Leche Manasu‘ belongs to that category because of Sharwanand, Sai Pallavi, Hanu Raghavapudi and the music that we’ve got to hear from the album.

Let’s not talk about Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi separately as both of them look like the characters they had portrayed as far as we’ve seen in the teaser and the trailer. Maybe, the director will not find a better pair for a feel-good love story like this. He can’t ask for more. Both of them are terrific performers, natural, have decent screen image and going great guns with regard to their choices.

So, it’s going to be Hanu Raghavapudi’s narration and how he handled the direction department that is going to make the difference. So far, the movie is promising with impressive promos and with a piece of classy and youthful music at hand, the director has got everything he could ask for.

Hanu’s previous movie ‘LIE with Nithin was a flop and therefore, there is a pressure on him to deliver. Looks like, he has a heartful love story to share with us and that hope has been built quite naturally. Vishal Chandrasekhar delivered pleasant and youthful music that is an essential spice for love stories.

Overall, it’s the director who needs a success to help himself from not being branded as a director who lost his ‘Andala Rakshasi’ touch. It’s a critical movie for him. The producer has given him everything and it’s time to know whether or not the director made a heart-warming love story.
