What is the film about?
Kamalakar (Vishal) returns to India after many years for marriage. He invites all his old friends to the marriage. However an unfortunate incident happens before marriage that makes his whole life turn upside down. What is the incident and how he overcomes the problem is what the film is all about.
How is Vishal’s performance?
Vishal is fine. He plays the character as per the requirement without ever going overboard. It has good emotional mixture too in right proportions.
Direction By Pandiraj?
The film is neatly directed without any doubt. The problem lies in the story and the way things unfold in the second half, especially towards the end where too much of masala is inserted into the narrative. It feels forced sticks out. Apart from that problem narrative and lame and predictable climax twist it’s an alright movie.
Catherine Tresa and others?
As is usual with most Tamil films heroines gets to do something more than being glamor doll, Catherine Teresa is no different here. We get to see a different side of her and she is fine. Others don’t have big role but everyone is well cast.
Music and other departments?
Music by Hip Hop Tamizha is okay. Background score is better. Editing is neat. Cinematography is good, gives a raw and realistic feel to the film.
