What is ‘Cameraman Ganga tho rambabu’ about?
Rambabu is an ordinary lad whose blood boils seeing the bad in the society. With the help of Ganga (Tamannah), he joins a News Channel and fights. He then encounters Rana Babu (Prakash Raj), an aspiring political leader and gets in to tangle with him and rest of the story is how Rambabu cleans the system.
Is this a perfect Pawan Kalyan film?
I can not confidently say. There are two angles in this aspect. Audience expect fun and jovial kind of movies from Pawan Kalyan and the actor himself is a man with urge to create social awareness in people. This movie is aimed at the second angle.
How is Puri Jaganath Direction?
Puri Jagan had gone out of his jurisdiction this time. Emotion, Social awareness are not his forte but he made one this time. The story is penned with a honest intent and his direction is good at parts.
How is Tamanna?
She is good and played a Tom boyish kind of character. There are no too many scenes in Pawan and Tamannah combination. In several of the scenes, she seem to have gone overboard in acting.
What about the rest?
The new girl Gabriela who played a channel head is horrible. Kota, Prakash Raj, Nasser are good as usual. There are limited scenes with Ali and Brahmi in which they managed some laughs.
How is Music, Songs and Dances?
Mani Sharma’s Back ground music is good in the second half. All the songs are well in to audience now. Melikalu song is good on screen and well picturized. Pawan Kalyan had delivered some decent steps.
How is the Cinematography?
Camera work by Shyam K Naidu is good. There is no much technique or experimentations but the grading and picture quality is good and colorful.
What are the highlights?
Pawan Kalyan’s screen presence rocked all the way. He carried out the movie very well and had dramatized well in the scenes with emotional content.
Any Drawbacks?
The movie story is undoubtedly written with a honest intent and good conviction but Puri could not deliver the best. He had gone wayward several times in the second half and it seemed as if that was patchy.
What about its box office prospects?
This will be any interesting question. However, very difficult to answer as it has to be seen how audience receive it. However, earth shattering openings are always on cards for every Pawan Kalyan movie.
Did I enjoy it?
Good intent, Output could have been better.
