Dr. Rajashekar’s promising cop actioner ‘Shekar’ completed its production works several weeks ago. Even its post-production works have been wrapped up successfully under the supervision of director Jeevitha Rajashekar. The makers are fully prepared to release their beloved product now in theatres.
We learn that ‘Shekar’ will take a plunge into the box office race during Sankranthi. The film has found space for itself now that ‘RRR’ has been postponed. Prabhas-starrer ‘Radhe Shyam’ is rumouredly thinking of excusing itself. So, ‘Shekar’ is well-positioned to entertain the audience this season. In this regard, a call has been taken by producers Beeram Sudhakara Reddy, Shivani Rajashekar, Shivathmika Rajashekar, and Boggaram Venkata Srinivas to release ‘Shekar’ for Sankranthi.
In a glimpse video released last month, we saw the ‘PSVG Garuda Vega’ actor as a cop who had resigned from his job and has now embarked on an investigation.
Starring Aathmeeya Rajan and Muskaan Kubchandhani in important characters, the film has ‘Shyam Singha Roy‘ actor Abhinav Gomatam, Kannada Kishore, Sameer, Bharani, Ravi Varma and Shravan Raghavendra in notable characters. Anup Rubens has composed the music.
