A couple of audio leaks involving the Ruling party leaders of Andhra Pradesh have gone viral on social media. While the leaders are terming them as fake, the party is embarrassed in both situations for obvious reasons. Now, Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy came in support of them.
“They are done with the help of dubbing and mimicry artists. This is the work of Lokesh who has hired over 100 people and paying them six figures salaries. Never imagine that Lokesh would stoop down this low in politics,” Alla Rama Krishna Reddy alleged.
He also called the channels airing these clips unethical and ‘sensationalism’ mongers. “Alla who used to go to court for every issue during the previous government should take the same route and help his co-leaders,” TDP social media mocks.
Being in power, these kinds of statements does not have much value in the public. The government or the leaders in the dock is expected to prove these allegations and come clean. Or else the public normally will look to trust the material that is available on social media.
Meanwhile, there is a strong buzz within the internal circles of YSR Congress that these leaks are actually insiders’ jobs. Meanwhile, the party supporters feel the party high command should take some action on it to send a positive message to the people.
