The main opposition party of Andhra Pradesh had stalled the proceedings of Andhra Pradesh Assembly on the first day of the Budget Session. The party had submitted a motion on Political violence and law and order in the state and their MLAs stalled the proceedings of the house by rushing in to Speaker’s well. Speaker Kodela tried to convince them but failed.
Even after two adjournments for 15 minutes each, YSR Congress MLAs did not change their attitude. So the Speaker adjourned the proceedings for tomorrow. Heated arguments took place between the ruling party and opposition party MLAs regarding the Political violence. On the other side, the first budget of Andhra Pradesh after the state division will be put up by Finance Minister Yanamala Rama Krishnudu on 20th of this month.
