YSRCP Social Media Supporter Remanded To Judicial CustodyThe court has sent YSR Congress Social Media supporter, Lingareddy Rajasekhar Reddy to remand once again. Lingareddy, who was released on bail in the case of controversial remarks against the judge, did not attend the first hearing of the case.

Judge Ramana remanded him to custody till August 5 after he surrendered before the court. The court took serious note of the manner in which the Rajasekhar Reddy had posted objectionable posts on social media on various verdicts against YSR Congress Government.

Cases have been registered against 12 people so far in this case. One of them, Rajasekhar Reddy of Kadapa district, was arrested by the CBI on the 10th of this month and remanded in the 4th Magistrate’s Court in Guntur. CBI sought custody for three days after that.

Conditional bail was subsequently granted. He was ordered to attend the trial compulsorily but the accused missed the first hearing itself. Angered by his absence from the first adjournment on Friday, the court once again issued a non-bailable warrant. With this, Lingareddy Rajasekhar Reddy surrendered in court.
