Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy has been calling shots in the Government ever since Jagan came to power. He has become the defacto Chief Minister and is the voice of the Government on every issue instead of the Chief Minister.
It is interesting to note that Sajjala was never a politician and was a staff of Sakshi. The likes of Vijayasai Reddy and Balineni Srinivasa Reddy were the seniors in the party and were with Jagan right the start of the YSR Congress
Balineni in fact was a Minister in the then Congress Government and he had sacrificed the term of two years. He resigned and contested the By-election in 2012 in support of Jagan.
Now the seniors are feeling suffocated mainly due to the over involvement of Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy. Vijayasai Reddy for various reasons including Sajjala became inactive in the party.
Balineni has also revolted the party high command because of the over involvement of Sajjala and YV Subbareddy.
Jagan is very angry with both the leaders. Even if he pacifies them and keep them in the party, going by the nature of Jagan, it is unlikely they will be given any importance in the party in the election year.
Both Sai Reddy and Balineni unknowingly did a favor to Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy especially in the election year. They may have strengthened Sajjala in the party by distancing themselves.
