YSR Congress Rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju continues to be a throne in the flesh of the Ruling Party. He has resorted to an extreme step now. He has filed a PIL in the state high court demanding that CM Jagan’s bail should be canceled.
In the petition, the MP mentioned how Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh resigned after the court ordered a CBI inquiry on him. He informed the court that Jagan is deliberately delaying the court proceedings by skipping the hearings.
He alleged that Jagan Mohan Reddy skipped 80 hearings in connection to the cases delaying the trial. He also brought to the notice of court how the accused in various cases were given key postings after YSR Congress came to power in Andhra Pradesh.
“As a person who swore by the constitution, I approached the court so that my party does not get a bad name,” Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju told.
