It is known to our readers that YSR Congress Rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has filed a PIL in the state high court demanding that CM Jagan’s bail should be canceled. He alleged that Jagan Mohan Reddy skipped 80 hearings in connection to the cases delaying the trial.
He also brought to the notice of court how the accused in various cases were given key postings after YSR Congress came to power in Andhra Pradesh. It is said that YSR Congress is very much worried about this development.
“When Jagan’s cases were started, it happened because of similar petitions by TDP’s Yerrannaidu and Congress’s Shankar Rao. Initially, the petitions appeared harmless but sent Jagan to jail for 16 months. So, this petition can not be taken lightly,” a party source told us.
“It all boils down to what the BJP does. If it wants to send to jail, this petition may become serious like how it happened during the UPA time,” a legal expert said.
