Police have intensified the inquiry in to Fake liquor cases in Nellore district. It is said that the arrest of Kavali MLA Ramireddy Pratap Reddy (YSR Congress) will take place in a day or two. The police have already arrested 12 in connection of the case and majority of them have given statement against the MLA. It is also said that three more Nellore MLAs belonging to the same party are also under Police radar and they stand chance of an arrest.
The names are Gudur MLA Sunil Kumar, Nellore Rural MLA KotamReddy Sridhar Reddy and Sarvepalli MLA Kakani Govardhan Reddy. YSRCP leaders start blaming that TDP is trying to include YSRCP leaders intentionally in this case. However TDP leaders are reminding people the incident during last elections where several cases of illicit liquor was found in a rice mill of Ponnur MLA candidate Venkata Ramana
