Andhra Pradesh Cyber Crime Police have arrested Inturi Ravi Kiran and four others who is handling an abusive troll campaign on social media against the ruling party leaders including Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh. Ravi Kiran is famous for his abusive comments in the name of Political Punch.
Some of these cartoons are very abusive and obscene. TDP MLC Janardhan has brought this to the notice of Assembly Secretary, Satyanarayana who inturn filed a complaint with Cyber Crime Police. AP Police have arrested him in Shamshabad early this morning.
He reportedly admitted that he works in YSR Congress Social Media wing and is also on the payroll of Sakshi Media. The hate campaign is carried out in a streamlined manner. They are spread through different platforms which appear like different but all are operated under the same roof.
Whatsapp groups, Facebook Pages, Twitter Profiles, Youtube Channels, Websites were created separately and operated differently but all of them are done under the same roof. Seized documents about the payments to Inturi Ravi Kiran and his staff were forwarded to ED by the Police.
