Reports are that Late Vivekananda Reddy’s second wife Sheikh Shameem will implead in Avinash Reddy’s petition in the Telangana High Court on Monday.
Reports are that Shameem is alleging that Sunitha, her husband Rajasekhar Reddy, and her husband’s brother are against their marriage and have threatened her on a couple of occasions.
“Viveka wanted to write four acres of land with Barytes mines on our son’s name. But Sunitha’s husband’s brother Shiva Shankar Reddy forcibly got it on his name. They took away his Cheque power forcibly. Viveka was expecting an 8 Crore profit from the Bengaluru land settlement. He wanted to buy a house in Kadapa or Hyderabad with that amount,” she says.
Shameem totally avoids the names of Avinash Reddy and his father in the statement. Even went on to say that all the accused are the men of Shiva Shankar Reddy and Rajasekhar Reddy. She even alleged that Erra Gangireddy destroyed the evidence on the instructions of Shiva Shankar Reddy.
While all this is fine, one will have many questions about this statement.
Shameem is approaching the High Court for property share for her son. That’s okay because it is her right. Why she never asked for justice in Viveka’s case? Why is she not seen at Viveka’s mortal remains after his death?
She did not come to the last rites. Then, how is she saying who erased the evidence in the Crime Spot?
Why are the names of Avinash Reddy and Bhaskar Reddy are missing in her statement even though they have given contrasting statements to the media trying to showcase the death as a natural death?
The timing of her entry is also creating doubts as if someone sent her to delay the case proceedings.
