It is known that YS Bhaskar Reddy, the father of Kadapa MP has been arrested in connection with the YS Viveka murder case. Today, Avinash was called in for the interrogation by the CBI.
In this context, Avinash Reddy has filed a lunch under 160 CRPC section. He alleged foul play in the same.
“There’s an attempt to falsely accuse me in the case. So, I’m requesting the court to accept my anticipatory bail request. I wasn’t the accused in the case from the start. Now all of sudden I’m a main accused. How is that possible?” Avinash stated.
What’s more shocking is that Avinash Reddy alleged Sunitha’s involvement in the case.
“Viveka had extra marital affair and even married second time. His kid with his second wife. Sunitha is rattled with it and hence she seeked revenge. She even took away Viveka’s cheque Power. Viveka had multiple illegal businesses” Avinash stated.
Avinash’s sly comment on Viveka, a deceased man, saying he had second marriage and kids just for the sake of making his own argument while facing CBJ enquiry has angered many netizens. They are calling out his lack of integrity for making such comments on a dead man, who is also his close relative.
