CBI probe into YS Vivekananda Reddy‘s murder case has entered a crucial phase. Key witnesses in the case – Dastgiri and Ranganna have been provided with gunmen’s facility as part of security since Tuesday.
The police department has allotted one plus one gunmen as per the orders of the Kadapa court.
There are some big people involved in this case as per the statements collected by the CBI so far.
The case is likely to change the face of state politics. Hence the witnesses will definitely have a life threat, many are worried.
On the other hand, one of the accused, A5 – Devireddy Shiv Shankar Reddy’s bail petition came to the hearing the other day.
Viveka’s daughter Dr. Sunitha Reddy has filed a supplementary petition in the high court. She requested the High Court to hear her arguments.
Following the hearing yesterday (Monday), the court adjourned the next hearing on Shiv Shankar Reddy’s bail and Sunitha’s petitions to April 6th.
