Along with both of them, industrialist Ayodhyarami Reddy, IAS officer G Venkatram Reddy, and two firms Ramky Pharmacity and Jagati Publications also attended.

The next hearing of the case was posted on October 7th. The court asked the Enforcement Directorate to give the case related documents to the accused. On this occasion, Jagan and Vijaya Sai Reddy put up petitions to the court to exempt them from personal appearances in the further proceedings of the case.

They informed the court that their lawyers will appear before the court in the further hearings as they will be involved in People’s Service. But the court refused to give them the much-needed respite and slashed the petitions. Exempting from Personal appearance would have helped Jagan Mohan Reddy but the court disappointed him big time.
