YSR Congress has made the Nandhyal By-Election as a Semi-Final for 2019 Elections and is now struggling to break the image after it lost the election. It is a fact that Jagan himself blew the importance of a by-election into massive proportions.
Now, the entire party is pressed to ensure people believe that TDP’s victory is just out of Power and Money. YSR Congress has cruised to victory in 12 out of the 15 By-Elections in 2012 and TDP did not even won a single seat but went on to form the government in 2014.
YSR Congress is on a mission to convince the people that it will happen once again in 2019. But then, State Bifurcation has come as a Swing Breaker for YSR Congress back then and ensured that experienced Chandrababu gets the CM seat.
Jagan needs a Swing Breaker of such sort to ensure that fortunes favour him. But then, the tragedy for Jagan and YSR Congress is that such things happen only once or twice in history and is not in sight in the near future. Having said that all, there is nothing impossible in Politics.
