National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed the Charge Sheet in the Kodi Kathi Case of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. They have submitted the Charge Sheet in a Sealed Cover to the NIA Court in Vijayawada. The court has asked the registrar to keep the charge sheet safe from any leaks.
NIA has hurriedly filed the Charge Sheet since it is mandatory to file it in 90 days of the arrest or else the accused will get the Bail. Along with the Charge Sheet, the book written by the accused Srinivasa Rao in jail is also submitted to the Court. The Charge Sheet may be made public on the 25th of this month.
The NIA will report the further findings in the case through additional charge sheets in the future. YSR Congress is of the opinion that it is a clear case of Assassination attempt on the Opposition Leader aided by the State Government. Vishaka Police had concluded that Srinivasa Rao is indeed a fan of Jagan but attacked him to get sympathy. He also tried to become a Hero before the women he knows with this Attack.
