A few days ago, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister sprained his right leg while doing the gym. He took a couple of days off and rested. His personal doctors have attended on him but the swelling did not decrease, sources say. Jagan has been participating in daily activities with a sprained ankle and the hospital visit became imminent as the pain is getting worse day by day.
Media reports say that he went to the Manipal hospital in Tadepalli but the matter was not made public. The visit is kept a secret as there is a chance of protests by Amaravati farmers. Sources say that an MRI scan and other tests were performed on him. There is no official statement about the treatment or the findings of the doctors.
He spent around two hours in the hospital and later went back to the camp office. The Chief Minister also skipped a couple of review meetings due to the hospital visit. With the chief minister going to the hospital, there was concern in the party as well as in government circles.
Incidentally, the injury has happened in the last week of September. Jagan even canceled a confirmed visit to Delhi due to it.
