Earlier today, YS Avinash Reddy found a new reason to skip the CBI investigation in Hyderabad today. He claimed his mother is unwell and he has to tend to her.
Incidentally, Avinash was first on his way to the CBI office. Halfway through, he got a phone call from his house that his mother suffered a heart attack. He quickly then started on his way to Pulivendula.
Avinash’s car and convoy were followed by ABN media, along with other media vehicles. This is when something unexpected happened.
Avinash’s men started to attack the ABN vehicle and damaged it severely. They were visibly perplexed with the ABN car following them and attacked it in a brutal manner. An ABN reporter who was in the vehicle was injured by the attack as he was physically assaulted by Avinash’s men.
On a related note, the CBI officials started to follow the convoy of Avinash Reddy while he was on his way to Pulivendula. This has led to rumors that the CBI might be arresting Avinash Reddy.
Avinash had been repeatedly evading the CBI investigation and this could lead to serious consequences.
