Yet Another Backlash for Jagan Government in Nimmagadda CaseIt looks like YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government should see the comeback of Former Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar. He filed a Contempt of Court case in AP High Court on Andhra Pradesh Government and the State Chief Secretary for not reinstating him as the post of the SEC.

He brought to the notice of the court how Supreme Court refused thrice to give stay on High Court’s verdict. The High Court expressed its anger on the Government for not implementing its order and also felt that its verdict should be implemented since the Apex Court did not stay it.

The court asked Nimmagadda to seek an appointment with the Governor and ask him to reinstate him in the Position basing on the court order. Andhra Pradesh Government is trying its best to avoid Nimmagadda’s comeback but it looks like that is not possible now.

Jagan Government is insecure about facing the election under Ramesh Kumar since he is an appointee during Chandrababu Naidu’s tenure and also belongs to the same community as Chandrababu. Moreover, the ruling party burnt the bridges beyond repair.
