Finally, Assembly affairs Minister, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu explained the rationale behind refusing CBI inquiry. Yanamala quoted the rule in ‘Kaul and Shakdher’ book on parliamentary procedures according to which a member can not make allegation with out proper evidence. He also quoted how an allegation can not be made based on Newspaper reports.

Yanamala reminded how Sakshi which is making the allegation belongs to YS Jagan and it can not be taken in to consideration. The government repeatedly reiterated that it is ready for judicial inquiry or CBI inquiry if the opposition party can come with a small evidence for their corruption allegations.
