Yadadri Temple Development Project to Miss Dussehra DeadlineThe ambitious Yadadri Temple Development Project which is mooted at a cost of 800 Crore soon after K Chandrasekhara Rao assumed office in 2014 has missed another deadline. The state government had earlier set Dasara as the deadline to complete the renovation so that the temple could be opened for pilgrims.

But the deadline to complete the renovation of the Yadadri temple has been extended as the work is progressing at a slower pace than envisaged. The Temple renovation may complete only by January 30th, 2018, as per the revised deadline.

The retaining wall, seven Gopurams, Prasadam complex, Vratha Mandapam, Maadaveedhi, Brahmotsavam area, Mukhamandapam, and Prakarams are being constructed to give the temple a facelift.
