YSR 8th Vardhanti: Where is Jagan Today?YSR Congress is dealt with two back to back blows in just one week’s time. Both the defeats in Nandhyal and Kakinada are so bad that they have hit the morale of the cadre and party leaders very badly. Supporters themselves admit that the party needed a big boost somehow to get on its feet.

On the other side, Jagan who blamed massive money and government machinery misuse after Nandhyal defeat are maintaining a deafening silence post-Kakinada elections. Jagan did not call for any press meet and did not even make any comment in Idupulapaya this morning when he paid homage to his father YSR on his Vardhanti.

Today marks the Eight Vardhanti of YSR, the sympathy on YSR’s sudden demise worked big time for Jagan initially but as the party faced its first Assembly elections, the sympathy wave is on a decline. On the other side, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has failed to create a niche for himself in the people and is still banking on his father’s glory.

Even after facing one Assembly elections, Jagan failed to tell the people what he will do to the state if voted to power except for doling out freebies. Jagan is further worsening things by showing himself desperate for that CM Chair and making radical comments. If YSR Congress needs to be a force in 2019, Jagan needs a lot of introspection.
