A Team of World Bank is touring the Capital area today to looking into the complaints made by some farmers who alleged that the government is forcibly grabbing their lands and demanded that the bank should not lend money to the project.
The team will sit with CRDA officials and also the affected farmers to look into the complaint and ascertain the facts. TDP leaders already alleged that YSR Congress is behind this to ensure that the ambitious project is not funded.
The first installment of the loan will be released basing on the report of this team. Government sources say that there is nothing to worry they will be able to clarify all the doubts and the loan will be sanctioned as agreed earlier.
