The whole World is angry about China’s mishandling of the Corona Crisis which is endangering the entire human race now. Many countries including the US are keen on isolating China. They are keen to move their manufacturing units to countries like India, Vietnam, and Bangladesh.
Tamil Nadu has already started preparing a blueprint to attract such investments. The state will layout an investment strategy. A special task force will be constituted to work on inviting investments. The committee headed by the Chief Secretary will identify the sectors where Tamil Nadu can attract the investments and accommodate manufacturing units relocating from other countries.
But such preparation is not seen in the case of Andhra Pradesh. The priorities of the Andhra Pradesh Government are different and are more political and election-oriented. The state government is only focused on taking the welfare schemes forward.
Moreover, the atmosphere in the state is not conducive for investors ever since the new Government took charge. Its high time Andhra Pradesh changes its attitude or it may fall back in the race. Tamil Nadu used to feel suffocated when Chandrababu Naidu is at the helm but the state is breathing easy after the Government change.
