YSR Congress President and Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seems to be not coming in to terms with reality even after facing a bitter defeat in recent elections. Jagan is trying to put up a brave face and is trying to instill confidence in his MLAs and MPs who are planning to jump the fence. Reacting on the possible quitting of Araku MP, Kothapalli Geetha, Jagan said, “Nobody is going to quit. People have totally lost confidence in TDP and Chandra Babu Naidu. If elections were to be held today, YSRCP will be winning 167 out of 175 seats. TDP leaders will lose their deposits. It will be funny if some one joins TDP today”.

Jagan also went on to ridicule that it will take 2 years for any government to get public distrust, but it did not take atleast 2 months for Chandra Babu. YS Jagan is currently in Uttarandhra districts to console the families of those who lost their lives in building collapse in Chennai.
