The Legislature Meeting of the newly elected TRS MLAs concluded a little while ago at Telangana Bhavan. KCR is unanimously elected as the Leader of the Legislative Party. KCR will meet the Governor along with the resolution and the Governor will administer KCR’s Oath tomorrow at 1.30 PM.
The Swearing ceremony will happen at Raj Bhavan. It is not clear if any Minister will also take oath along with KCR. Four Ministers have lost the election. It has to be seen if they will be replaced. Buzz is that KCR may give chance to Tummala Nageswar Rao and Patnam Mahender Reddy even though they lost.
In such case, they will have to get elected as MLA or MLCs in the next Six Months. It has to be seen if KCR will give them the chances given that there are several MLAs who have won with Bumper Majorities. Rejecting them a chance will disappoint them big time. The composition will be decided keeping in mind the upcoming Parliament Elections.
