Will Jagan Order CBI Inquiry into Vivekananda Reddy's CaseYS Jagan Mohan Reddy repeatedly expressed doubts over the death of his father, Former Chief Minister, YS Rajasekhara Reddy. He accused TDP of getting involved in the murder of his uncle, YS Vivekananda Reddy which happened just before the elections. Viveka’s daughter and Jagan went to court asking not to allow the Police to divulge the details of the case to media.

The case was silenced since then after the court gave a favorable verdict on that petition. Back then, Jagan Mohan Reddy demanded CBI inquiry on Viveka’s case and questioned why Chandrababu government is not doing that if it is not involved.

Now, that Jagan is the Chief Minister, it has to be seen if he does that. On the other side, Pulivendula court had extended the custody of the accused in the case. Since they can influence the evidence, their custody is extended till 17th of this month.

Three persons including Viveka’s PA are arrested in this case. Neither Jagan nor Viveka’s family mentioned about this case after the elections.
