Will Government Shift Assembly As Well Out of Amaravati?

Andhra Pradesh- AssemblyRumors are rife in the Political Circles that the State Government is thinking on the lines to shift the Assembly from Amaravati. YSR Congress Leaders have been giving leaks about the same in the media for the last few days. MLA Roja and MP Nandigama Suresh faced the heat of Amaravati farmers last week.

After that, both of them hinted before the media about even the Assembly going out of Amaravati. There are speculations in the political circles that the Government may shift the Assembly to Vishakapatnam or some other place in the name of the sensitive security issues in the area.

If that happens, it will be a complete zero for the farmers who have given their lands for the Capital. There is another set of people who think that the Government is trying to threaten the farmers in the name of Assembly Shift to withdraw their agitation.

The tragedy of Amaravati farmers is that even the MLAs and MPs of their area are ignoring their plight and giving importance to their political interests. They themselves are maligning the agitation of the farmers calling them Paid Artists, Real Estate Agents, etc.
