An incident that happened in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh will shame the society. A person named Dileep reportedly put his wife and daughter on sale in social networking site, Facebook. He posted a picture of his wife and daughter and put a price tag of Rupees One Lakh for them.
He announced that he is doing this to repay his loans. He also added that any one who buys his wife can do any thing with her. It is said that he even got some inquiries about the sale on the mobile number he gave in the post. Finally the issue reached Police. They have registered a case on Dileep and took him in to custody.
The Cyber Crime department also made sure that, the post is removed from Facebook immediately. Dileep reportedly got married four years ago. The couple have a three years daughter. They used to live in Khargone district but recently shifted to Shubham Nagar. Women organizations are demanding stringent punishment to the accused.
