USA Government’s top infectious diseases expert, Anthony Fauci in an interview revealed that parts of the country could begin easing restrictions in May. President Donald Trump had earlier said the decision of when to start the economy will be the difficult decision of his life.
Even as the United States started thinking of easing the restrictions, the country has got a warning from China. The country where the contagious virus was born recently eased all restrictions including that is Wuhan where the first Coronavirus case got registered.
China on Monday reported its highest number of new coronavirus cases since early March. Even though China claims that most of them involving people returning from other countries, it should be a warning to other countries that are thinking about returning to normal life any sooner.
Considering all this, any time before a vaccine is available will not be a realistic target unless the herd immunity sets in. At the time of writing this article, there are 5,61,103, nearly a third of the total cases across the globe. The country already suffered 22,106 fatalities.
