Why Opposition Parties Do Not Trust YS Jagan?More than 20 Opposition Parties have come together in Kolkata as a Show of Strength and Opposition Unity. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamatha Banerjee has convened at the Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata, as many as two dozen leaders of anti-Bharatiya Janata Party outfits were present at the Meeting.

The major parties in both the Telugu States – YSR Congress and Telangana Rashtra Samiti missed the event. TRS claims to have received an invitation from Mamatha Banerjee but Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao gave it a miss saying that he can not share the stage with Congress as his Federal Front is anti-BJP and anti-Congress.

On the other side, YSR Congress did not get an invite for this rally. There can be two reasons for that. Since Chandrababu Naidu is a major partner in this front, he may have kept Jagan away so as to portray him as Pro-BJP. But then, Jagan is also not acting as if he had an issue with BJP even though it rejected Special Status to Andhra Pradesh.

For this reason, the anti-BJP Opposition Parties in the country do not see Jagan as a Reliable Partner. They are very much sure that the Central Government is Remote Controlling Jagan Mohan Reddy with this CBI and ED cases. So, he is likely to join BJP in the Post-Poll scenario. So, he is not invited to the rally.
