Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to have taken the RTC Strike as an ego issue. The Chief Minister is hellbent about not yielding to the demands of the RTC employees. But in the process, the government is resorting to the contempt of the court.
The government had already defied the court orders by not adhering to the deadlines imposed by the court to begin the negotiations with the RTC Unions and now, the government is refusing to disburse the September salaries of the employees. The employees went on a strike in the first week of October but to arm-twist them, the government stopped the September salaries.
Despite the court order, the government did not disburse the salaries and informed the High Court today that the corporation does not have funds to give the salaries. The Government Counsel informed the court that 224 Crore is needed for the salaries while the corporation only has 7.5 Crore.
We all know that the funds would have been available if the strike is not on. KCR Government seems to be unnecessarily locking horns with the High Court which will do no good.Don't MissAction Movie Review - Thrills In Parts, Bland OverallBOTTOM LINE Thrills In Parts, Bland Overall OUR RATING2.25/5 CENSOR 'U/A' Certified, 2 hrs 38...Don't MissIndication of Stained Relations Between Jagan and KCR?The other day, there were reports that things are not going well between both the...Don't MissTenali Ramakrishna BA BL Review -Sloppy Courtroom Drama BOTTOM LINE Sloppy Courtroom Drama OUR RATING2/5 CENSOR 'UA' - 2 hrs 08 mins...Don't MissJr NTR: The Favourite Topic of Outgoing TDP LeadersAs Chandrababu Naidu sat for TDP's First Major Protest this term, the Ruling Party seems...Don't MissVintage Babu Is Back? One after the other, there are continuous leaks from the sets of 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'.
