Republic TV which is being funded by a BJP MP and the Channel which is called the Mouthpiece of the saffron party, the other day let out a news that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is in talks with BJP high command for a possible alliance.
M9News Team had an access to exclusive information that YSR Congress is keen on having a Post-Poll alliance but BJP high command is keen for an unconditional merger before the 2019 Elections. Also, it is said that BJP is viewing YSRCP as a good chance for growth in AP.
“It is difficult to muzzle or blackmail Chandrababu Naidu who is a seasoned Politician. Sailing with TDP will mean that BJP will get to contest in 15-20 MLA seats and 5 MP Seats at most. But threatening YSR Congress with cases in case of an alliance will give us the seats we want,” a source told us.
“We initially win as many seats as possible with Jagan’s strength and when we win some MPs and MLAs, we automatically grow stronger in those segments. All this can not be possible with TDP. Things will be much easy in the case of a merger but even a Pre-Poll alliance will do the trick,” the source added.
