CBI which has been investigating YS Vivekananda Reddys case for around three months has given a Newspaper advertisement announced Five Lakh Rupees cash prize for anyone who gives a hint about the case. The ad has gone viral on social media.
“One accused in this case was killed already. Viveka’s daughter has claimed danger to their family and sought police protection. At this time, who will risk their lives for Five Lakh Rupees? Jagan should announce One Crore Rupees for any evidence in this case,” YSR Congress MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju said.
The murder has happened just before the 2019 elections and YSR Congress has blamed the then ruling party – TDP for it. After coming to power in 2019, Jagan Government has argued against the CBI inquiry but Viveka’s Daughter knocked on the high court’s door and got it.
Among the list of suspects given to the high court by Sunitha, there are thirteen people belonging to YSR Congress and YS Family. Another one is from TDP and the other is from BJP.
