Telangana Rashtra Samiti President K Chandrasekhar Rao’s Political Career is built on Anti-Andhra Sentiment. He represented the aspirations of Crores of people so all the anti-andhra talk can be given an one-time exception. But then, KCR is doing the same even after the Separate Statehood has become a reality.
After a brief period of a break, KCR began it during the Telangana elections using Chandrababu Naidu as a plank. With the media sensing Favourable winds for Mahakutami, KCR brought his trusted plank of Andhrolla Palana. Many believe that the election ended up largely in favour of TRS after that.
Later on, KCR lent a helping hand to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to defeat their common enemy, Chandrababu Naidu and the Bonhomie they displayed is something Sensational as of brothers of the same mother. But then, the anti-Andhra attitude has come back. Things are not going in KCR’s favour in the last few days with dissent even by the party seniors and after the recently tabled budget is downsized giving rise to various rumours.
In the wake of this, the Chief Minister in the Assembly went on to say that 2014 is the real liberation when compared to that of Nizam’s which is an insulting statement for his new friend, Jagan Mohan Reddy. A piece of that ruling is by Jagan’s father. KCR also had the audacity to say Amaravati a dead investment in the Assembly even though he previously claimed they wanted to give 100 Crore donation during the Ground Breaking Ceremony.
Probably, KCR thinks Anti-Andhra Sentiment unifies the people of Telangana.
