YS Jagan - Kanumuru Raghu Rama Krishnam RajuCBI Court in Nampally had decided to take up the petition filed by YSR Congress Rebel MP Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju seeking revocation of bail of AP Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. The court deemed it valid and agreed to take it up for hearing.

The court has ordered the Registrar to accept the petition and give it a number. Once the number is given, it will be placed before the bench for the first hearing. In the first hearing, the court will send notices to the accused and the CBI.

They will be asked to file affidavits and then, the hearings will begin. The petition says two important things. The first one is Jagan not attending the hearings after becoming the Chief Minister and the second is giving important posts to the other accused in the cases.

Those who got big appointments in Jagan Government can easily pressurize the witnesses to turn hostile. The court will decide on the merits of these two issues and will decide if or not to cancel the bail.
