Mudragada Padmanabham who claims himself as the Champion of the Kapu Community used to be a thorn in the flesh of Chandrababu Naidu Government with the Kapu Reservations issue. He played a little part in creating the public Perception against the then Government.
Naidu back then gave a little percentage of Economically Backward OCs quota to the Kapu Community. Mudragada did not appreciate that as Something better than Nothing. Jagan came to Power and stripped the community even of that but Mudragada chose to be silent.
Recently, the Government emptied the coffers of the Kapu Corporation for the Amma Vodi scheme and he is still silent. YSR Congress cadre attacked Janasena cadre a couple of days ago in Kakinada and a majority of them are from Kapu Community, yet he remained silent.
Mudragada finally released an Open Letter but not on any of the topics mentioned above. He wrote a letter cursing the former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu about misusing Police force during his tenure. He vented all his anger on Naidu wishing that he should have vanished from AP Politics. Wonder if Mudragada is confined to the Welfare of his community or bashing Chandrababu.
