Warangal Becoming the Hot-Bed to IT InvestmentsTelangana Government is taking Information Technology to the interior of the State. Warangal City is slowly becoming a hotbed for IT investments. US Based Quadrant Resource is laying the foundation for its IT development center in Warangal on the 16th of this month.

This facility will span over 1.50 acres and is set to create jobs for 500 local youth. The facility is coming up in Madikonda IT Park. Already Warangal City is the house to the branches of IT Majors like Tech Mahindra, Cyient and others. Interestingly, Vamshi Reddy, an NRI from Warangal is the Founder and CEO of Quadrant.

Telangana IT Minister, K Taraka Ramarao is keen on expanding IT to the interiors of the State beyond Hyderabad. As a part of that, he is trying his level best to drive the investments to the Second-Rung Cities like Warangal in the State.

All the districts of Telangana outside Hyderabad and Rangareddy are termed as backward districts. These investments will better the living standards there and increase the employment opportunities to the local youth.
