Viveka Case Jagan CBIThe CBI has filed an additional counter in the Telangana High Court while opposing Avinash Reddy’s petition for anticipatory bail in YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case. The name of Chief Minister YS Jagan is mentioned for the first time in this case.

“It is submitted that further investigation on the larger conspiracy aspect revealed that Shri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the present CM of Andhra Pradesh, had been informed about the death of Shri YS Vivekananda Reddy in the early hours of 15-03-2019, much before the information about the death of Shri YS Vivekananda Reddy broke out by M.V. Krishna Reddy at around 06:15 A.M. on 15-03-2019,” the CBI said.

That means Jagan is aware of Vivekananda Reddy’s murder even before his PA who claims to have seen the body first after the murder.

There are many unanswered questions – Did Avinash Reddy tell Jagan about it? If Jagan was informed, why he did not reveal that prior to the PA? Why did Jagan not tell this until now?

It looks like the Chief Minister maybe questioned as well if necessary. The CBI found Prima-facie evidence to question Jagan if needed. If that happens, it will be a political sensation and a big trouble for YSR Congress.
