YSR Congress has announced its candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections on June 10th.

Thanking Jagan is fine but specifically thanking YS Bharathi has become a talking point.
There are rumors in the political circles for a long time that Bharathi is playing an active part in the party and the government.
