Former Film Actress Vijaya Shanthi is reportedly looking toward BJP. She stayed away from the recent Telangana Tour of Rahul Gandhi as well. She is said to be expecting TPCC Publicity Chairperson post which may go to Revanth Reddy and so is upset.
She started her career as a BJP member. Later she started her own Thalli Telangana Party and merged it with TRS afterward. She became an active member in Telangana movement and was also elected as Medak MP. But she differed with KCR later on.
Just before 2014 elections, she joined the Congress Party and contested as an MLA but lost. She remained silent in politics after 2014 elections and is finally becoming active ahead of the talks of Snap Polls in Telangana. Let us see where she ends up!
