YSR Congress Rajyasabha MP Vijaya Sai Reddy the other day announced that he is ready to contest against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in Kuppam in the upcoming Assembly elections if the party insists.
“There is a strong anti-government wave blowing in the state. YSR Congress Padayatras are getting a sensational response. Even Chandrababu cannot withstand this wave against his party,” Vijaya Sai Reddy told the media in Vishakapatnam.
Every Party would love to field a strong candidate against Biggies like Chandrababu. Who can be a better candidate than Vijaya Sai Reddy who is Number Two in the main opposition party? Jagan should be more than happy to give his nod.
Let us see if these are empty challenges by Vijaya Sai Reddy or if he will really dare to do that. Chandrababu is a Six-Time MLA from Kuppam. He is representing the constituency since 1989 and has been winning without a campaign or filing the nomination himself.
