Vangaveeti Radha who is fuming at YSR Congress after being refused Vijayawada Central Ticket called for a meeting of his supporters. They reportedly felt that the party has done a grave injustice to Radha who worked hard for the party.
They could not digest Jagan giving the ticket to Malladi Vishnu who joined the party after 2014 Elections. But then, Radha tried to pacify them. “We are still in the party. We shall talk to the party high. Be patient till then,” Radha told to the angry supporters.
On the other side, rumours are rife that Radha is already in talks with Telugu Desam Party and Janasena. There is a divided opinion about him joining Janasena among his supporters due to the bitter experiences with the Praja Rajyam Party.
Jagan reportedly asked Radha’s close friend and the party’s Gudivada MLA to pacify him and ensure that he stays in the party. However, Jagan is not keen on changing his decision and is only offering Machilipatnam MP seat to Radha. If Radha decides to exit the party, it will dent YSR Congress image in the people.
