TDP Government has begun the Ground Work for executing Unemployment Allowance in the state. The government is busy finalizing the number of unemployed youth in the state. We are told that there are 34 Lakh Unemployed People in the state.
The state government is scanning the databases of the colleges and industries to ascertain the real beneficiaries. If the exercise is complete, the Unemployment Allowance Scheme will roll out from December on a large scale.
The allowance will not be given for free but the government will use the services of the youth for various tasks. They will also be given Skill development classes and will be trained to get them placed in various industries. This is the last major promise of Chandrababu Naidu pending from 2014 elections.
